Amazing No Bean Chili Recipe

Chili without beans? Yes, you can pull it off and it tastes just as amazing.


I used to only eat the ground beef out of my chili, because I hate beans but I love the chili flavor. So I decided to attempt to make chili without the beans, and I nailed it!


I did look up some recipes for no bean chili, but I decided to basically go for it myself. This recipe is very simple, and there is hardly any prep time!

What you will need!


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced (or 1 teaspoon of already minced garlic)
  • 1 large white onion
  • 2 tablespoons of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of hot sauce
  • 1 28oz can of crushed tomatoes



Prep:

  1. Mince 2 garlic cloves, if you do not have pre-minced garlic
  2. Chop onions 



Instructions:

  1. Add ground beef to a stock pot and turn heat to medium-high
  2. Add in the onions and garlic and cook until the ground beef is browned, stirring frequently
  3. Season with chili powder, oregano, and hot sauce. 
  4. Stir in the crushed tomatoes
  5. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low 
  6. Simmer for an hour- or longer if you have time
  7. Stir occasionally to prevent burning
