DAILY: 

  1. Wash your face twice daily
  2. Take off your make-up every night
  3. Apply moisturizer after cleansing
  4. Take warm, not hot showers
  5. Drink tons of water
  6. Get 8 hours of sleep
  7. Wear SPF 30+ 



WEEKLY:

  1. Do an at home peel
  2. Use a sheet mask
  3. Exercise 3 times a week
  4. Disinfect your cell phone
  5. Change your pillow cases
  6. Clean your make-up brushes


MONTHLY:
  1. Exfoliate your body with sugar scrub (Check out my raspberry lemonade sugar scrub recipe)
  2. Do an in-office facial
  3. Examine your body for suspicious moles


YEARLY:
  1. See a dermatologist for a check-up
  2. Do a skin screening
