No bake cherry cheesecake with oreo crust

This is by far the easiest non bake cheesecake recipe I have ever come across. And, who doesn't like the word "easy" when it comes to baking? Especially when it is either last minute, or you just don't have too much time on your hands. Let's get baking!

First, in a medium mixing bowl beat the room temperature cream cheese until light and fluffy with a mixer. Tip: If you don't have time to let the cream cheese sit until it gets to room temperature, stick it in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

After the cream cheese is light and fluffy, beat in the condensed milk until well blended together

Next, add the lemon juice and pure vanilla extract and stir in circular motion until no longer slimy and wet.
Pour the mixture into Oreo crust and chill in the back of your fridge for 2-3 hours or until firm.

After the cheesecake has sat in the fridge for 2-3 hours, add the cherry pie filling on top! Enjoy :)

6oz Oreo pre-made crust
14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
8oz package of cream cheese-at room temperature, or heated for 30 seconds in microwave
1/3 cup of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
1 can of Cherry pie filling
